Been ordering this for the past 2 years for my parents. They noticed that recently most of the bottles do not have any birds nest in it but jsut sugared water. I tried to reach out to the company but it’s so hard to get of hold of anyone and no one responds. Pls do not sacrifice quality as we pay premium dollars for these bottles or risk losing customers.

It's a good size bowl but barely any bird nest. Mostly stabilizer jelly.

Improvements: As stated outside of a bowl: a whole swallow nest in a bowl, then it must have in it nothing else.
It tastes more gelatin than swallow nest.
